The course descriptions are found in the booking page

Bulio Fiesta

This is a theme inspired by one of our closest friends and brother who really helped Palayok become what it is today. Julio Fransico, born in 2006 grew up to be a very remarkable and diligent person. He befriended the founders of Palayok and invested heavily in terms of moral support. Because of him, we  were able to continue on during hard times. His passion for teaching and being there for others, along with his love for eating inspired us to give him tribute by having his own dedicated theme for the month. There will be two courses of his most favorite dishes that will be showcased for this week. After May, he will come back again once every quarter.

Bangka feast is a theme relating to the sea. The fisherman's home out sea. This theme provides you with two courses that focus on the dishes made from the labors of the humble fisherman. It represents the person's yearning for riches of the oceans. Bangka in English means "Boat," and with this theme you will sail across the vast diversity of the Filipino cuisine.
